  5. Pull the rubber grommets out from the original fan, as shown. These rubber grommets will be installed in the replacement fan.

  6. Insert grommets into the new fan. When the grommet cannot be inserted any further, pull the remainder of the rubber grommet through. The grommet is properly seated as shown.

  7. Install the lid on the server.
    • Install the lid on the server.
