Power Configurations
Redundant Configuration
- Recommended Configuration: A redundant configuration is the recommended configuration. This configuration will ensure the system will continue operating when a module error has occurred.
- Implementation: this configuration requires installing a power shelf in slots 1,2 and 3 (from left to right, respectively).
Minimum Configuration

- x2 PSU/BBU pairs are required per zone (two zones per rack)
- x1 PSU/BBU, pair redundant
- Each zone will power Top Of Rack (TOR) equipment. If a particular zone fails, another zone will take over.
